Craig Harvey completed a postgraduate diploma in Contracts in 2004. He has gained experience in South Africa and London, England. Working in the corporate sector for several years he obtained valuable experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
Craig Harvey has been practicing under his own name for 10 years. He now specialises in criminal and civil litigation, contractual disputes and all property related matters. Since 2016 he has obtained experience in matters relating to the cannabis industry and this evolving area of law, following the Prince judgement in the Constitutional Court in 2018. Craig has also dealt with labour matters in this field. How a person’s privacy is dealt with by the state, police and employers remains to be formalised in the coming years and he is passionate about securing this basic right for all citizens He is based in Johannesburg and deals with matters in the Pretoria and Johannesburg Magistrate’s and High Court.
